The Summer Plans

I have plenty, plenty of ideas for this summer. I'm starting up my major recording schedule this week with the second date for the local boy video (which you can read more about in the blog archives.) The rest of this month I plan to record one effect per week ( David Blaine's Torn and Restored Card transposition this Thursday at the L.P. Summer Concert and John Kennedy's Card Thru Window at Cruisin' Downriver.)

Once July hits my filming schedule will jump up to two effects being recorded per week. Also in July I will begin filming for my second video which is currently untitled. Each week I will record one effect for the local boy video and one effect for the summer video. The Local Boy video's filming will end approximately mid August. The summer video will continue to be recorded until late September. Then my plan is to take about a month off to prepare a small show for the L.P.H.S. This will be my first show there in roughly two years I believe. I plan to go back for "Homecoming" and use that as my excuse. I will try to record the show and use effects from both summer magic video's and also some new stuff. I intend on this being my best set show. This will be the official final recording date for both videos.

Each week I will post what effects are to be recorded with a general description. Also I will post the hopefull recording date and place (though I'd check the Tour page for official ones.) If a sample video can be recorded of the trick I will post that on the video page. I should be able to put up a new video every two weeks. Please keep in mind that the audio on the footage has been pretty bad so far and I'm not sure if I'll be able to fix that.
